As a Deputy Principal my portfolios have encompassed identity, curriculum, transition and community. I have been responsible for sustaining and endorsing the school mission and vision within vibrant secondary schools and beyond.I have short term experience as Acting Principal in a coeducational secondary college in Tasmania.I have a clear focus on engaging with and empowering students and staff as they aspire to excellence and live out the identity of a school. Inspiring others to develop into educated, respectful, life-long learners, who have a strong sense of belonging and social responsibility is paramount in all I do. My professional background is in the creative industries having taught and coordinated Creative Arts Faculties in secondary schools in Queensland. With broad event and logistics experience I am able to inspire, connect and motivate communities and individuals to ensure targets and visions are met. Qualifications include Master of Education, Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma in Communication and Diploma of Teaching.
