Hi! I'm Alison, a recent Bachelor of Arts graduate from The University of Alabama. I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, playing softball and getting involved in peer mentoring programs. I was granted a full scholarship to UA, where I spent the last 4 years studying history and psychology, pursuing a certificate from UA's Honors College Program. In Tuscaloosa, I was blessed with the opportunity to work as a Student Manager for Alabama Softball for 2 years. I am also very lucky to have worked as a server and team member at a small local business called Ichiban Japanese Grill. This past year, I dove into entrepreneurship, starting my own small business selling hand-painted goods. The experiences I've had in Tuscaloosa have built me into a self-motivated and empathetic citizen hoping to "be the change" I wish to see in the world.
