I am in my final year of my Masters Degree in Mental Health Nursing, and keen to explore options for my 1st role within the mental health sector. My previous experience is within commercial banking, and customer relations, however I am currently working on the NHS staff bank gaining valuable hands on experience within mental health wards around Edinburgh and Lothian's. I also have a BA in Business Studies, achieved through Napier University 2012- 2015.

 Collating the analysis and insight required for the production of an activity plan for Mortgages: comprising of the P& L forecasts, Long Term Plan, Risk & Opportunity Initiatives for Mortgages Commercial Banking Support in the development of Customer Centric propositions through analysis of customer segmentation, lifecycles opportunities, cross sell, Test and Learn Supporting the strategy and pricing managers with market and trade analysis to help inform of any potential threats and opportunities to the planning process Expressing continual awareness on factors concerning customers borrowing decisions To deliver value adding data driven insight by utilising industry data to support team initiatives and decisions including ONS, CML, BOE publications, Ebenchmarkers and consumer MI. Collating daily/weekly/monthly reports on position throughout the market. Working closely with key stakeholders to make informed business decisions
