Alison is the proud owner of Studio Allongé, and an energetic and sought after trainer. From MLB and NFL players, to ballet dancers, Elite Models and clients over 80 years old, Alison tailors sessions to the individual needs of each person, focusing on creating an enjoyable and motivating experience. Whatever your fitness level, she will help you create results that will change your body, mind and spirit, build ​a healthy lifestyle and inspire you to reach your own personal fitness goals. Originally from Southern California, Alison moved to Arizona as a dancer with Ballet Arizona. She has also trained with American Ballet Theater, Boston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Houston Ballet, The HARID Conservatory, and ​Chautauqua Dance Center. Alison graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Ballet, a double major in Business and a minor in Nonprofit Management with an emphasis on Fund Development and Grant Writing.Alison’s lifelong passion for ballet, fitness and health inspired her to become a Pilates, Yoga and Barre instructor. She is Certified in the classical Joseph Pilates method of physical conditioning from Lotus Pilates Center L.L.C., (recognized as an Educational Organization Member of the Pilates Method Alliance). She received her Yoga certification through YogaWorks Teacher Training Program.​Studio Allongé is a private, boutique Pilates studio located in an upscale and modern ​location at the Optima Sonoran Village. Established in 2014, Allongé is a French word and ballet term ​that literally translates to ​"elongate, lengthen or stretch". We proudly use Pilates equipment by Balanced Body. The grant is sponsored by Seven-Degrees in Laguna and the awards event was held there. The grant is for the production of the prototype of the movie Liquescent.Worked closely with Roark Grouley. Created extensive business plan and marketing campaign for “Liquescent” works.Developed program to increase donor base, solicited directly to current and potential clientele.
