I lead a chapter of nearly 90 women through the sorority recruitment process, and inspire creativity and inclusion within my recruitment team. Additionally, I aim to create a recruitment in which every woman feels valued and appreciated by the Eta Phi chapter.

As an instructor at Dance Without Limits, I am able to work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children in a dance class setting.

I help lead a student group that aims to provide mental health and stress relief resources to students across campus. Additionally, I help to coordinate tabling on campus as well as study sessions for students to attend.

Within this position, there are numerous responsibilities. I lead a group of students passionate about mental and physical health awareness in their efforts both on and off campus. I also oversee an executive committee and ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are being upheld. I help connect the group to many different organizations, ranging from.

Throughout the summer, I will be utilizing my research, analysis, teamwork, and writing skills to conduct a micro-intervention assessing the relationship between image-centric social media and body image. Our study includes both dissonance-based and self-compassion aspects, in order to investigate which type of intervention impacts college-aged students.

I am part of an executive committee that aims to engage with all psychology students throughout the academic year. As events coordinator, I create activities and opportunities for the students to attend in order to gain knowledge of the department while developing relationships with professors.

I help lead an on-campus organization called PHOKUS, which stands for Promoting Healthy Options through Knowledge, Understanding, and Service. As Vice President, I reach out to organizations like Mental Health America and NEDA and lead on-campus fundraisers for these organizations. LifeAct is a non-profit based out of Northeast Ohio that aims to spread suicide awareness. I am a part of a group of students and young professionals who plan community engagement events, engage in social outings and networking opportunities, and volunteer at LifeAct's events throughout the year.
