The largest of the projects was successfully implementing MarkitWire for OTC (Over-the-Counter) derivatives. This included initiating, estimating project cost, planning, resourcing, senior management reporting, PMO reporting, implementation, quality control of the product, security and the training of all essential persons required to both use the tools and report on the usage. I was then able to introduce the Agile methodology which enabled both continuous enhancements and more efficient delivery processes from our team, whilst still delivering the necessary reporting and level of details for both senior management and PMO reporting. This benefited both our clients and our team by successfully delivering 360T, Swift Alliance Matcher, and many other systems and process enhancements in a fast paced, steady, controlled and reliable manner.
