The lime group is an innovative boutique management consultancy based in New York, London and Sydney. We work at the intersection of strategy and organizational psychology - where 'the rubber hits the road' - to accelerate the progress of critical projects, to surface and overcome obstacles, and to dramatically improve the performance of senior teams. Some examples of my work:• Led the transformation of a functional area within a large global financial services firm to align culture with the new strategy, improve relationships between business units and corporate services and to ultimately improve productivity and significantly reduce cost• Conducted Partner coaching and business planning project in a fast-growing marketing and advertising company to develop a strong direction and foundation for their continued success – advised on financial management, systems and leadership behaviour• Helped clarify strategy to shift a US-based boutique financial firm to a big player in the industry. Worked with senior team and business unit stakeholders to align culture and systems to support the shift • Led a review of client performance in a large infrastructure alliance between an Australian state utility and several engineering and environmental consulting firms – involved interviews, focus groups, document review and presentation of the results to the key owner representatives

Strategic advisor and planning lead, managing teams and working with cross-functional leaders to create and implement optimal planning solutions for clients (in industries spanning natural resources, utilities and sustainable urban development). Responsible for all aspects of program management including key activities, timeframes, budget, client liaison, stakeholder liaison, and government approvals (local, state and federal).

Strategy, planning and organizational change• Developed a best practice graduate program and leadership development program, and conducted a team culture program for a federal government organization, with goals to improve morale, attraction and retention post reorganization (work conducted with Neptune Australia)• Prepared report for Sydney Water on overflow abatement investigations, with recommendations for future strategy and prioritization of initiatives (work conducted with The Planning Forum)• Archival photography for rail infrastructure prior to demolition and replacement (UGL-Theiss joint venture)• Developed a financial and project tracking system for a small management consulting arm of UGL to allow for measurement of project profitability – worked with other personnel to ensure the system was compatible with UGL’s overall financial management system
