Alison is the HR Manager at TCG, Inc. She investigates employee issues, performs annual required reporting, assists with compensation and performance management, and ensures TCG is compliant with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. She previously supported the Director of HR and worked with the WinTeam at TCG, providing proposal support and researching all-things government contracting. Alison ensures new employees are onboarded seamlessly with all documents completed, sets up orientations with TCG teams, and makes sure new hires are "delighted" as they arrive. Prior to her work at TCG, Inc., Alison had a 19 year career at EDS and Hewlett Packard. In her last position at HP, Alison worked as a Partner Liaison on the Department of Veterans Affairs account, supporting the Vehicle Management Center on the T4 contract. She knows the supply chain process, has an eye for detail, has a passion for customer service and satisfaction, process improvement, and strives to streamline expenses and processes. Ms. Wright brings over 15 years of procurement and supply chain knowledge, as well as 5 years of writing/editing experience, and 5 years of team supervision and management including hiring, staffing/planning, and budgeting.
