I lead a team that is responsible for the Indigenous Shelter and Transitional Housing Initiative. We're working with experts in Indigenous housing to identify projects for funding from across Canada that will provide shelter for Indigenous women, children, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ people escaping gender-based violence.

I manage a team that develops client relationship management strategies. We also develop new tools & products that help our partners and clients with skills development.

-In this role, I was responsible for leading initiatives that raised awareness of the importance of Assisted Housing and that inspired organizations to get involved and develop affordable housing solutions.-I oversee the creation of strategies that increase awareness of affordable housing on and off reserve and bring visibility to the broad range of expertise and information available from CMHC.-I planned the development of information products that helped clients understand the complexities involved in Assisted Housing development and management, including information products and web content.

As a Marketing Consultant, I developed and implemented national marketing and advertising strategies for several different business lines at CMHC. I developed CMHC's housing outreach strategy for newcomers, and worked with First Nation Housing, Affordable Housing and the Market Analysis center. For these groups, I provided strategic marketing advice to senior management, regional and national functional teams, and business managers.

As a Senior Officer, I gained experience working in the Affordable Housing division as I planned and developed marketing and communications strategies, and implemented plans and tactics with regional Consultants. Specifically, I worked on strategies to promote National Housing Day and investments in housing via Canada's Economic Action Plan.

In this role, I created and implemented “go-to-market’ strategies and sales support tools for the organization.I analyzed market performance of Cadbury brands, and recommended solutions that grew market share for Cadbury chocolate.
