I am experienced Project and Programme delivery lead who acts with integrity, tenacity and with a personal drive for excellence. - Delivered a portfolio of projects that led to the transformation of IT within Ofcom – Colleagues’ satisfaction moved from 27% to 85% as a result.- Projects included new platforms (Salesforce, Workday, Azure and a new Spectrum Management system), new LAN, WAN and WiFi, migration to Office 365 and Windows 10 alongside deployment of new Surface Pros to all colleagues.- Successfully supported the transition to a new outsource IT provider who is now seen as an integral part of our IT team – indeed, the first CEO awarded employee of the year was to a colleague from our partner team.I continue to keep my training up to date which includes being Chartered Engineer, C.Eng, completed MBA studies and PROSCI qualified. Also trained in project delivery methodologies including Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall (Prince 2) and currently tranI have built and developed specialist teams of Project Managers, Business Analysts and PMO and strive to ensure diversity within these teams. Each area has developed as a center of excellence and is continually looking how to evolve and improve:- Project Management: Leading the transition from Waterfall to Agile project delivery, with ongoing introduction of Product and Value based teams underpinned with DevOps delivery teams- Business Analysis: developing a team of qualified BAs who are the ‘voice of the customer’, who capture the requirements and process improvements that our colleague’s need and support the project delivery through to testing and final delivery to ensure that expectations are met.- PMO: managing increasing demand for new projects and prioritization of resources and budget.
