Although my abilities as a qualified accountant are always important, I found early on in my career that getting the best from staff and good business relationships add greater value. Experience helps too - I have worked within a wide variety of business sectors, from Central Goverment, Insurance, Retail, Recruitment and now have many years experience in Telecoms. I thrive on making a difference and believe that as an individual, and for my company the way we operate must constantly change and develop.
