Volunteer Coordinator - the four-day annual music festival that relies on 200 volunteers. Regular winner as Ontario's top 100 Events, attracts 30,000 to Orangeville. Completed a short term contract to bring structure to the role, leaving a legacy of: improved communications, implemented Marcato Festival Software, expanded recruitment drive and introduced motivation awards. Fifty percent of hours were voluntary.

Provided quarterly event list to In the Hills magazine from 2001 - 2010. The website was run entirely on volunteer hours until closure in December 2011. Alison received an Ontario Volunteer Service Awards for 10 years.
