As the Assistant Director of Employer Relations at the Darla Moore School of Business, I consult with over 100 employer clients yearly to customize and implement recruitment strategies for undergraduate and graduate students in various industries, such as finance, consulting, insurance, risk management, automotive, and manufacturing.I leverage my skills in event management, data-driven decision making, and career coaching to create and maintain external partnerships, increase employer engagements, and improve post-graduation employment outcomes. I also collaborate with colleagues, faculty, and alumni to expand business networks and opportunities in target regions. My mission is to facilitate meaningful connections between employers and students, and to empower them to achieve their professional goals.
