Some may call it herding cats, but I know the secrets to getting different stakeholders aligned around a common goal so objectives can be achieved.I'm an ICF Certified Professional Coach (1000+ coaching hours) and I help leaders define their leadership style, build effective global teams, manage stakeholders, and get out of their own way.One accomplishment I am most proud of is sitting a month-long meditation retreat in 80% silence. It pulled me to pieces and let me uncover a deeper part of myself. I am deeply grateful for the experience.
