My job is to ensure the office is running smoothly, all problems are addressed and sorted appropriately and all areas are maintained to a high standard.I ensure that any internal and external correspondence is of a good quality and that all clients are greeted and made to feel comfortable during visits.I organise all company socials and special events throughout the year.I am 'the glue'.

I maintain all administration duties, answer telephone calls and direct emails to the appropriate person.I am responsible for keeping the reception area looking clean and presentable.I greet all clients and make sure they are happy and comfortable.

As a self employed teacher of dance, I travelled around Nurseries, Schools and Universities delivering specialised dance classes, working towards performances and examinations. I also teach for a local dance school on an evening.

Working as the Marketing Assistant I was responsible for proof reading all materials, Writing letters and deciding which areas/fields to specifically market at any given time. This involved mainly posting flyers and special offers to specific companies throughout the UK. I was also responsible for maintaining a marketing budget and deciding where was best to divide this budget around.I also occasionally assisted with invoicing and payments using SAGE Line 50.Competent using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, Powerpoint,Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc.

As a temp, I was responsible for all reception duties including - maintaining meeting room diaries, switchboard and emails, sorting post, maintenance of building and general office duties. I greeted clients and kept a clean and tidy reception area at all times.
