As Business Development Manager developed and implemented business development strategy for the Emerging High Technology Company Practice. Included developing viral marketing strategies with metrics, advertising campaigns, maintaining practice relationships with key market players such as Big 4; venture capitalists, etc. Developed training and development programs for associate attorneys.

Supervised business development activities in Washington, DC and New York (Manhattan). Position included development of response to RFPs in general corporate issues connected to Fortune 500 companies. Also, developed responses to government needs in Washington, DC. Managed numerous client conferences on behalf of attorneys including Asia banking conference in New York at the Waldorf Hotel. In a newly-created position, established the business development and marketing function in the Washington, DC and New York offices. Managed numerous national conferences in the Communications, Labor and Employment, Real Estate market segments, among others.

As Manager of the Labor and Employment Department, supervised legal and administrative staff. Manager implementation of affirmative action planning for large client, was senior legal assistant for large class action law suits. Also worked in Workers' Compensation and ERISA.

As Employee Relations Assistant to the East Corporate Vice President of HR, was responsible for research and development of HR policies, contract support during labor negotiations and off-site plant visits for special projects. Worked with multiple state economic development officials during 6-month plant relocation project in Southeastern United States.
