Acting for both business and government clients I have a broad and varied commercial litigation experience. Since joining Howes Percival this has included advice on and implementation of agressive civil recovery strategies including debt and contractual claims coupled with freezing injunctions and provisional liquidation of companies where appropriate.I also manage the team who respond to Appeals in respect of multi million pound disputes in the First Tier Tax Tribunal, and advised and assisted Insolvency Practitioners with claims in liquidations against former Advisers and Directors.In addition, I also manage the team responsible for preparing and presenting petitions to wind up companies in the public interest.I also have substantial experience of complex commercial disputes, including multi-jurisdictional disputes and substantial trial experiance.
