Over thirty years of experience in the "people change" area. I have helped to develop programmes to implement strategic initiatives and then continued to manage the implementation of these programmes. This all comes together in what we now call the "Future of Work". I have substantial experience in: organisation design and restructuring; aligning performance management and human resource processes with the business strategy; identifying, assessing and developing the competencies required for success at an organisational and individual level. My experience covers many industries in both public and private sector - people are people wherever they are!As a woman working in technology and defence environment, I have benefitted enormously from participating in, and then delivering inclusion and diversity programmes, early on in my career, In every project I deliver, I ask our clients to consider how this work will promote a more inclusive and diverse workforce. As a mentor with Women in Defence UK and within PA Consulting., I realise that working to support and develop the people around me, is how I develop and learn for myself.
