I proofread five international arbitration responses in anticipation of the hearing. I determined publicity opportunities under a pharmaceutical contract for the CEO. I attended a plethora of legal counsel meetings from witness preparation to product liability litigation to minority shareholder and insurance litigation.

I analyzed technology for patentability and patents for freedom to operate. I determined the potential for intellectual property protection of medical tools. I helped assess intellectual property protection for over 100 participants in the 6th annual Innovation Showcase. I drafted an internal trade secret policy to reflect best practices and modern protection schemes.

Negotiated and drafted clinical trial agreements and subcontracts between physicians, on behalf of the University, and pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies. Researched the Physician Payments Sunshine Act and updated the University's corresponding position statement. Conducted legal research to evaluate the contractual binding power of informed consent forms on research subjects, sponsors, and the University.
