Design, deliver, evaluate and maintain records for agreed marketing support for the relevant product group/proposition, including digital and printed materials, aligned with regulatory and marketing standards to ensure they are delivered to time, budget and quality required and achieve target KPIs and objectives. Assess, review and recommend ideas which take account of market practice and market trends to improve efficiency, quality and impact of marketing activities.Instruct, brief and oversee delivery of services from 3rd party suppliers and ensure activity is delivered to brief in line with business requirements, service level agreements and budgets.Categorise, collate, coordinate and administer the demand for marketing resources and materials from the agent network from the initial request to the Agent Marketing Mailbox through to delivery. Liaising with Marketing Communications colleagues as required to ensure escalation through the appropriate channels and alignment to regulatory and marketing standards; also ensuring resolution of requests to time, budget and quality required.Coordinate the review, delivery and management of the literature suite including web pages for the relevant product group/proposition to ensure the suite is up to date, compliant and meets business objectives.Build, maintain and manage relationships with internal business areas to ensure activity is delivered on schedule and to budget and minimises duplication.
