• Single-handedly created new operating and programmatic procedures, including: -Constructing first bylaws and board positions -Producing and implementing a strategic plan in partnership with the board of directors.

• Managed laptop connection program to provide 74 homebound kids with computers to video conference with their classrooms for educational and social purposes

• Scheduled and managed all day-to-day programming including sporting events and special events for 220 campers and 120 staff members

• Responsible for logistical requirements of all in-camp and out-of-camp activities such as transportation, food and staffing needs
• Promoted to Program Director after two summers as a counselor, lifeguard, swim instructor, and softball & field hockey coach
