This role is to lead the team in the Production and Material Planning activity. Managing in excess of 300 SKU’s for Manufacturing this role requires a high degree of experience and alert teamwork in order to manage changes in demand.The team deal with over 100 Suppliers and 400 + raw material and packaging items.The Planning Department has a cross.

This role was to manage and lead the Planning & Manufacturing Process stream to a successful implementation of the ERP Project. Prepared and issued Team Activity Plans and followed their progress.Prepared Project Documentation to support each phase of the Project and kept the Project Manager informed of any issues.Provided full support to the Project.

Delivered a production plan for the 4 manufacturing areas, maximising plant efficiency and utilisation whilst achieving customer service demands.Optimise finished goods, raw material and packaging stock levels to meet both service and financial constraints. Lead on slow moving and non conforming stock management and develop the process to minimise.

Experience in all aspects of stock control from order receipt, despatch through to invoicing. Involved in monthly and annual stock takes and the appropriate computer stock movements. Trained in ISO 9001 and carried out Internal Audits gaining awareness of other departments.
