I am a partner in Eversheds Sutherland's real estate litigation team in Leeds and also lead our specialist team of litigators working with the education sector. I work with an extensive roster of national and international clients across the education, public, private and transport sectors on all aspects of property related problems and have particular expertise in advising on high profile and reputationally sensitive litigation and JR challenges.Legal 500 2023 describes me as "an expert in her field. She has great legal knowledge, as you would expect, but has a great sense of pragmatism and commercial understanding which can not be underestimated"I am also named as a leading individual for real estate litigation in Chambers 2022 and for education litigation in Legal 500 2023I currently also serve on the board of trustees of GIPSIL- working to change the lives of disadvantaged young people in East Leeds. For 10 years I served as a trustee of St George's Crypt, - working with the homeless, vulnerable and those suffering from addiction in our city- and chaired the board responsible for developing 2 landmark developments of move-on accommodation for former Crypt clients.
