Key roles have included Global Head of R&D communications for Astra Zeneca, as well as over eight years at Microsoft heading up the UK communications team and as Director of Privacy and Social Media Strategy. I have extensive experience of strategic communications, brand and reputation, business planning and restructuring, change management, employee engagement and crisis / issues management, all of which I have applied across different industries in companies at different stages. I am comfortable working with and advising the most senior business leaders, often on complex and sensitive issues.I now run my own business, providing consulting services with a focus on communications strategy, audiences, messaging and executive/employee engagement. Recent assignments include year-long projects heading up Employee Communications at Ipsen, and covering maternity leave as Director of Healthcare at agency Kaizo. I've also led communications and change management projects with several major Pharma companies and a number of start-ups, as well as 3 months supporting the agency head at Hanover in Brussels.I have previously led some fascinating projects for diverse and progressive clients including Lombard Risk Management, College of Estate Management, Zipcar International and Copa90.
