• Track and adjudicate Criminal History Record Checks (CHRC) of applicants to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws; Southwest hiring standards; and SIDA regulations
• Collect and verify the required candidate documentation including, but not limited to previous employment history, education documents, and motor vehicle records in order to make informed pass or fail decisions
• Ensure that background processes, communications, and decisions remain in compliance and uphold the highest level of confidentiality by partnering with General Counsel, creating job aides, and providing educational.
• Mentor peers by being a point of support, providing guidance and subject matter expertise, and answering inquiries in order to build background knowledge and proficiency
• Serve as the point of contact with candidates throughout the background life cycle by ensuring regular communication, providing progress updates, offering guidance, responding to questions, and communicating decisions
• Oversee complex or unclear cases by interpreting and applying adjudicative guidelines and providing documentation to justify recommendations for Candidate eligibility determinations

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Support 600+ employees in California and Texas by working closely with business partners and executive leadership.
• Handle all benefit administration.
• Work with the HR team to provide consistent and scalable solutions, through learning and engagement, for talent acquisition and employee benefits (Health and Life, Employee Perks)
• Work with client groups through HR lifecycle ­ Recruitment, Onboarding, Off­boarding, etc.
• Helped implement streamlined On-boarding and Off-boarding process.
• Conducted new hire orientation and followed through on all on­boarding processes.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Serve as a constant point of contact for the candidates as they go through the interview process.
• Post and maintain approved positions on various university and job board sites.
• Scheduled interviews for Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers.
• Assist with candidate offers through offer letter creation and offer request submission and management.
• Attend job fairs and manage offsite recruiting efforts.
• Manage ATS site including creating, updating and posting requisitions.
