After first meeting Acuity in 2010 when I created Face Facts, we became one of Acuity's main telephone fieldwork suppliers . Now 13 years on, I am a proud co-owner of Acuity working alongside the wonderful Denise Raine to drive business growth and innovation in the social housing research space.

My wonderful ex partner Paul Baron always wanted his own business. With my background in research, brand creation and catering I assisted him in catapulting I am Doner to winning the top award at the UK Kebab awards in it's 1st year of business! Now 7 years on, has 3 owned sites across Yorkshire, and franchises in Dubai, London, Liverpool & Canada with more in the pipeline for 2025. Myself and our daughter are super proud of what he has been able to achieve in such a short space of time.

Turned my hand to hospitality and brand creation. Created an Indian restaurant brand and launched from a single site in Headingley to a chain across Yorkshire with 6 sites in 4 years.

Located directly underneath my research company Whites Cafe Bar was the best first project to test my abilities in running a catering business. Its a lovely community hub open all day every day serving breafast, lunch, dinner, cocktails and live music!

From working in the market research industry for 14 years I thought it about time I went it alone. So in September 2010 Face Facts Research was born. With a desire to employ superstars, drive up quality, have a jolly good time, make clients smile and build the most reputable field agency in the UK. Now owned by Jules and Rachel who were my rocks, they have gone from strength to strength since buying the company and I wish them every success.

Set up a Face to Face market research agency in Glasgow servicing the whole of the UK. We worked predominantly for the social sector, housing associations, councils, government, police etc.
