I am a physiotherapist working in Strathroy, Ontario in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. I grew up playing competitive soccer, and was drawn to the field of physiotherapy during my undergraduate career after suffering sports injuries that required rehabilitation. While healthcare had always been my career goal, physiotherapy allowed me to combine my interests in science, anatomy, athletics and exercise with my passion for helping individuals meet their functional goals.My treatment approach focuses on patient-centered, individualized care by combining manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription and sport-specific training. I am passionate about helping people to return to the activities they love and increase their overall function. I believe in assessing the individual rather than just the injury and treating the root cause rather than just the symptoms.
