My career unfolded on the refinery floor, where I started as a technician and grew into a strategic board operator until the refinery closed in 2012.From there I took on the role of an Assistant Policy Advisor and secured a position on the Managing Board of Directors for Refinery of Aruba (RDA). This opportunity allowed me to refine my skills in strategic thinking, collaboration, and partnership building.In April 2017, I embarked on a new chapter by establishing Massive 103.5 FM — a dynamic radio station nestled in San Nicolas, Aruba. Committed to leaving a lasting impact on our local community, garnering support regionally, and capturing the attention of international followers, I founded this radio station with the mission of delivering a blend of Music, Worship, and Educational content. In May 2023, I achieved a significant milestone in my entrepreneurial journey by successfully orchestrating the sale of the radio station.Currently, I work as a Business Technology Consultant, where I specialize in presenting tailored products and technology signage solutions across diverse sectors. My expertise spans hospitality, QSR, Telecoms, Utility, Education, Healthcare, Broadcasting, Control Room, Sports, restaurant NGO, and Virtual production.My skills include being a networking expert, attentive listener, people's person, strong communicator, and visionary thinker.Looking ahead, my passion lies in connecting cultures. I aspire to establish a Media company and a Consulting firm facilitating collaborations between St. Maarten and Aruba, with the goal of replicating this success in St. Maarten.Rooted in my love for Aruban culture, I am energized by connecting with people and consider myself an influential figure in my professional journey.
