• Planned and directed NARAL’s field programs including issue advocacy campaigns, two annual community development events, and the strategic growth of organizational capacity outside of the Seattle area. • Enhanced the Foundation’s resource base by nearly 30%, securing multiple-year funding for an education campaign and continued funding for the emergency contraception advocacy campaign. • Chaired a statewide coalition of advocacy organizations, with a focus on strategic planning, coalition outreach, and infrastructure sustainability.• Managed the 2008 and 2009 electoral plan, including facilitation of the Political Action Committee’s endorsement process and overseeing all facets of the organization’s field organizing efforts, resulting in NARAL Pro-Choice Washington having a major impact on statewide races, including the Governor’s re-election campaign.• Worked with policy-makers and allied organizations in Olympia to implement pro-active legislation that resulted in three policy wins.
