Financial Management (FM) and System Analyst in support of US Navy Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and Business Process Standardization (BPS) for both General Fund (GF) and Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) commands. Led various Department of Navy (DON) Office of Financial Management (FMO) financial processes to assertion by attending process workshops, briefing leadership, analyzing process maps and data dictionaries, collecting, reviewing, and compiling feedback from commands, and providing analysis to the command's Comptroller's Office determine their decision for Comptroller Concurrence. Support commands as a System Analyst by collecting and compiling a system map of all command financial systems currently being used to complete each financial process. Requirements Analyst support to the Navy's Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP) to collect, compile, analyze, and prototype enhancements to the Equipment Pillar. Met with both internal and external stakeholders to collect inputs on improvements to make the Equipment Pillar within the RCRP system more user friendly. Developed and briefed protype scenarios to leadership on proposed functionality and enhancements. Data Acquisition Lead in support of Commander, Navy Reserve Force Command (CNRFC) to establish system interfaces for the Navy Reserve Data Warehouse (NRDW). Author of Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for various Navy source systems feeding into NRDW. System Test Analyst support to NECC RCRP as the Training and Supply Pillars Test Lead, Process Test Lead, and Usability Test Lead.
