During this time we invested significantly in new exhibits and product lines whilst maintaining a strong financial position.As the sole UK finance representative on a global project team, one of the memorable tasks was to lead a multi-disciplinary and international team (with colleagues from Australia, Canada and the USA) to define the best in class processes required for the effective control and expenditure of trade and marketing investments. This was a great opportunity to work with experts from different teams as well as different cultural backgrounds.
