My primary objectives were business development and strategic customer relationship management to ensure enterprise objectives and financial targets are achieved. Key Achievements:• Built a strong leadership team which drove forward an agenda of success, service quality and revenue growth. Received the 2014 President’s Quality Award.• Integrated the acquired Alcatel-Lucent global network into Nokia.• Restructured the ‘churn’ type project request process, which improved speed to deliver and fixed revenue leakage. $4 Million in revenue.• Developed a strong pipeline of innovation led digital programs, programs which often used Nokia’s own network technologies to form a joint Nokia/DXC solution showcase.• Drove productivity improvements by ensuring an optimum onshore/offshore delivery center strategy, and managed strategic vendor relationships to drive down cost of ownership. $3 Million annual saving. -
