This has involved (1) building and deploying programming code for advanced statistical (e.g. Bayesian) and machine learning on large-scale biomedical data, (2) delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders and diverse audiences, and (3) code production.And more specifically:- Analysing the relationships between large-scale brain imaging (neurophysiology and neuroimaging) and behaviour data across dementia patients and disease subtypes. - Developed study design assessing drug treatment effects on dementia patients and healthy controls, using complex statistics and prediction models of individual-level responses. - Disseminated research findings through publishing in top-tier scientific journals (e.g. AMJP, Neuroimage, Translational Psychiatry) and presenting at international conferences.- Development and deployment operations of programming code, and made publicly available.
