I am currently working as a fractional treasurer or CFO. I am currently Treasurer for two organisations: 2 days a week for Avenue Bank and 3 days a week at Uniting NSW/ACT/I have moved between treasury roles in the early part of my career and CFO roles in the latter part. I am flexible to work in either capacity. As a treasurer I have a long history of successfully raising debt and equity funding (ASX listed or PE owned companies), strong risk management discipline and implementing treasury systems.Prior to my current role I was Executive Director, Group Finance at Colonial First State. This role managed the end to end finance function including Financial and Statutory Reporting, Business Partnering, Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Insurance, Tax and Treasury. Previous to CFS I was a Group Executive at MLC Wealth Limited. As Deputy CFO I managed a team of 150 people through the completion of MLC’s acquisition by IOOF (Insignia Financial).
