Key part of a small but highly-effective internal Training Team, designing and delivering learning for new staff with no insurance background for customer-facing phone-based insurance roles throughout sales and customer-service functions of the business. Delivering CII qualifications, systems training, staff coaching and refresher training for existing staff, tailored specifically for sales and customer service needs.

Responsible for converting incoming general insurance leads over the phone into new business in a fast-paced environment.
