In 2017 after 20+ years in the event planning industry, and owning a million-dollar event business, Ali decided to turn her part-time hobby of renovating old homes, and rental management into a full-time career including helping clients find and sell homes. Being an event planner with a gift of “what could be” and “Macgvver” type problem solving has helped through the process of flipping 27 homes and owning/managing rental properties and creating 4 vacation ownership rentals with her husband. Her knowledge has organically grown though she has continued to further her education and expertise. She is 110% ready to help her clients buy and sell homes. Ali is a people-person at heart, naturally drawn to finding common ground, growing relationships, and bringing projects to fruition. Real Estate thus came naturally as she always looks for that “common ground” approach when dealing with any situation. A potential client is looking for something specific. The goal is to be proactive and guide clients to find the best solution which fits their needs and desires.
