Alix Ross, a Scottish immigrant, who came to Kentucky as a promise to his wife to raise our children on her family farm. Before immigrating to the States, he spent 10 years at The Royal Opera House in London, England as Head of Stage of the Linbury. He held this position for 10 years. The role responsibilities ranged from scheduling, training apprentices, maintenance and inspection, and working with creatives to realize their vision on stage.The skills this position required include being a consistent worker, staying calm under and being able to provide the moon on a stick for directors.
