In this position, I was Smith Teamaker's first Outside Sales Representative. My contributions included building company revenues, establishing lasting relationships with wholesale accounts, and onboarding new distributors. I developed strategic and operational sales plans to increase overall sales and gross margin for assigned territory. I identified sales targets, markets, and established successful plans to develop them through business directories, client referrals, etc.My responsibilities included managing existing clients as assigned, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to grow our client base, and deliver above-requested sales revenue for my assigned territory.I've had the chance to work on marketing strategies, trade show events, tea education and learn about the beverage industry as a whole. Most of all, I had the chance work alongside the legacy of Steven Smith.

In this position, I became an expert in planning and executing full service social, corporate, non-profit and educational catering events. I learned how to create events from start to finish utilizing in-house resources as well as outside resources.I was given the opportunity to build up a training system as well as a process for future event leads to use to help coordinate for each unique event. This included the systems for a stand alone scoop cart at Moda Center, in Portland, Oregon. I've participated in FEAST pdx, private events, Trail Blazer games, Portlandia events, and more.
