— Defined EUROWEST (France, Iberia, Africa) event strategy based on sales objectives and corporate marketing & communication goals, to create awareness, generate leads and business opportunities. — Managed an annuel budget of 800K€ and ensured event selection aligns with resources and business targets. — Worked in Project mode for each event (GANTT planning, budget management, task force definition, content and experiences definition, providers management, communication, monitoring, organisation of on-boarding sessions, event execution & logistics supervision, results analysis...). — Created and managed an internal 3DSwym community including: a knowledge and best-practices base for event management; a detailed and continuously updated timeline of all EUROWEST events with associated information and materials; some inspirational content (posts) about marketing in the experiential era. — Executed events in the spirit of the 3DEXPERIENCE and worked with our 3DEXPERIENCE Platform tools to achieve great results through enhanced collaboration with colleagues. — Trained my newcomer teammate on all event processes. — Took part in the Talent Journey Program (internal leadership development program upon selection, 30 members in EMEAR) and proposed a solution for a specific business challenge with 5 colleagues (3DEXPERIENCE platform-based approach for capitalizing and sharing company’s best practices and intellectual capital). Received jury’s congratulations.
