Support to programme development and planning- results-based planning; analysis of education needs and areas for intervention- technical and administrative support to selected Ministries of Education- supporting programme planning, results-based planning (RBM) and monitoring and evaluation of results2. Programme implementation, monitoring and delivery of results - collecting, analyzing and sharing information on implementation issues- performing real time monitoring (RTM) of the school closure impact on learning continuity for vulnerable children, with specific focus on gender-disaggregated data, including data on gendered risks- following up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution3. Technical and operational support to programme implementation- undertaking (online or physical) field visits and surveys and sharing information with partners and stakeholders- providing technical and operational support to government counterparts, NGO partners, schools and UN partners 4. Networking and partnership building- building and sustaining effective close working partnerships with government counterparts and stakeholders in education sector- participating in coordination meetings related to implementation of the Education Section Workplan, USAID project, ADAP programme Akelius Project, closing aspects of UN Joint Project funded by MPTF and Transformation Education Summit Activities5. Innovation, knowledge management and capacity building- providing support in identifying, documenting and sharing lessons learned for knowledge development and building the capacity of stakeholders- applying innovative approaches and promoting good practices to support the implementation and delivery of concrete and sustainable programme results

Implementation of the scientific research (planning, monitoring, and delivery of results)- Coordination of the scientific research activities within scientific journals, scientific conferences, and projects implemented by the University - Cooperation with the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development, Higher Education and Information Society of Republika Srpska through the process of classification and categorization of scientific conferences and journals2. Planning, implementation and monitoring of projects(Horizon 2020, COST, Regional Challenge Fund, projects co-financed by other organizations, local and national authorities)- Keeping a register of projects- Preparation of project proposals- Project coordination- Preparation of financial statements and reports3. Implementation of the activities in the scope of international cooperation (monitoring and delivery of results)- Informing students and staff about opportunities in the field of international cooperation- Providing information related to the Erasmus+ exchange of students and staff- Providing support concerning administrative issues, including assistance with organizing accommodation, obtaining a visa, residence permit, health insurance, etc.4. Quality assurance- Providing administrative support to the QA Office in the University's accreditation process
