Working at Virgin Active I was an approachable first point of call for members and visitors to the health club. I answered customer enquiries by telephone and in person, completed administrative paperwork for changes in membership and used the computer system to process payments and update members.

Camp Potomac Woods is an overnight Girl Scout Camp owned by Girl Scouts of the Nations Capital. I was the lead counsellor for a team of three staff members and 14 nine year old girls. With this position came the responsibility of administrative planning and logistics of the weeks activities, resolving any issues within our unit and the children's full time care.

Within the Docucentre team I worked in an administrative assistant position. This involved document production, stationery refill, mailroom duties and processing client requests. For First Impressions I managed the offices meeting rooms and provided hospitality. I also trained other individuals with the skills I learned in this position.
