Carr Gomm is a leading Scottish social care and community development charity. We provide person-centred support to over 3000 people every day so they can live their best possible life. Our services are based on our values and reflect the choices and aspirations of each individual and community we work with. Our qualified staff work with people in their homes and communities, supporting people in their day-to-day lives as well as making plans to achieve their hopes and dreams in the future. In our 25 years of supporting people and communities, we have seen how connection and interdependence can be transformational for people’s health and wellbeing. This is why Carr Gomm fundraises to tackle isolation and loneliness in our communities through projects and activities across Scotland.
