Checking of pipe support fabrication drawing for modular fabrication and installation.

Seconded to Mitsubishi Hitachi Power System – Technical Services Philippines under the Layout and Piping Engineering Department. Responsible of designing piping support and detail including but not limited to support selection, span calculation and design interference. Review of Pipe Stress Calculation (Autopipe) to determine type, size and support. Generate isometric mark-up drawings, extraction of isometric and pipe support 2d drawings.

Report to Lead Engineer (Singapore, Malaysia and Australia). Responsible for designing and drafting oilfield modular skid for subsea production system mainly Wellhead, Enhanced Horizontal & Vertical Tree, Manifold, Tie in System and Subsea Distribution Units (SDU). Develop 3D model and 2D drawings from conceptual design, detailed design, general arrangement, assembly, weldment, manufacturing and installations as per project specification, P&ID’s and applicable industry standards. Apply ASME Y14.5 – Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing and Tolerance stack up. Work collaboratively with subsea engineers to provide interface, installation and equipment layout on the rig.

Reported to CAD Manager and seconded to Mott Macdonald Singapore Pte Ltd. Responsible for providing CAD designs for civil and infrastructure projects comprised of tunnel alignment, geotechnical, construction sequence, borehole layout comprised of plan and longitudinal cross section drawings. Provided utility diversion drawing of telecoms lines, plumbing, electrical, sewages lines and water lines.

Reported to Section Head. Responsible for drafting and detailing of piping details of header and utility lines for fabrication. Cross checking of piping details and piping line list. Prepared material take off using Pipe Pro Data. Getting the total surface area and the weights of the spool and encoding the necessary information on the spool sheet which includes test and design pressure.

Reported to Design Supervisor. Responsible for providing 3D models of platform, piperack, ladder, staircase, hand rails, pipe and cable tray support & Equipment foundation using PDS Frameworks Plus (FWP). Provide 2D drawings of layout & section drawings, detailing using Microstation and Autocad, Performed interference checking with equipment’s & verify clashing with piping & cable tray.

Reported to Structural Section Head. Provided execution drawings of reinforced concrete that show the number, size, length, and location of the reinforcement necessary for the placement and fabrication of the material which may comprise of plans, details, elevation, schedules, material lists, and bending details using Autocad.

Reported to Project Engineer and assigned in the EEI fabrication yard. Prepared fabrication drawings such as piping isometric and pipe spool drawing, material take off and weld location. Provided cutting details of pressure vessels, structural steel & pipe shoe & pipe support.

Reported to Design Engineer. Provided layout and detailed drawings of product such as fence, tender wood, deck, bench, pergola and other park furnitures using Autocad as per instruction given by the Japanese Engineer.
