This included changing the way in which document headers were stored and retrieved, assigning specific tasks to specific colleagues, use of an electronic tracker as opposed to paper and changing the order in which the documents were removed from filing. These improvements coupled with additional experience resulted in a tripling of individual and team productivity over a four-week period. Show less
