The auto and transport industry kick-started my passion for developing and scaling businesses. My career started in sales and marketing, and I still use and value that skill set in every aspect of my work life. As a leader, I am always focused on keeping a clear overview, finding new opportunities, and making wise and well-calculated strategic decisions. As a CEO and owner at BG SERVICE CENTER I’m responsible for personnel, relationship management, CRM, large key accounts, contracts, marketing and business development. I keep track of every step of the value chain – from manufacturer to end-user. I’m second generation at BG Service Center, which was originally established in 1959 as an auto-electrical workshop. Today we focus on distribution agreements, including service and sales of diesel and electromechanical components within different sectors, such as automotive, railway, marine and agriculture. My love for great ideas and innovative processes has also made me a successful entrepreneur and investor. I find the startup phase exciting and incredibly rewarding. In 2018 I founded Carlounge together with a partner, where you can lease used luxury cars, and in 2023 we also founded Microlease, where the core concept is safe, transparent, and very affordable leasing agreements of used “micro cars”.Doing board work is another great passion of mine. Since 2009 I have been Chairman of the board at K/S Well Street. I always seek to improve and build my insights and experience within the global business scene, and that’s why I’m currently participating in INSEADs International Directors Programme.On the private side I enjoying skiing, great food and wine, travelling, racing and living in the country side we breed Arabian horses also.
