• Maintained and contributed a safe working environment within the assigned area by ensuring strict compliance to company procedures and regulations which led to a 10.6 Million Man Hour without Lost time injury.• Ensure all LV/MV motors in the plant are in good condition by doing daily routine inspection, check the oil level for oiler cup at bearing housing for drive and non-drive, check if there is an abnormal sound coming from the motor.• Carry out daily routine inspection for sub-station, check all LV/MV switchgears, check if there is any alarm on annunciator panel, and check all multilin protection relay parameters.• Carry out bi-monthly inspection for all transformer at XFR yard, check the oil level, winding temperature, oil temperature, check marshalling panel for cable discoloration.• Carry out UPS parameters checkup for RIB and ensure no any alarm on UPS A/B. able to replace any damaged part of UPS like DC current sensor & Total DC current sensor.• Carry out monthly PM and test run without load for Generator set.• During shutdown in the plant, carried out the PM Job for LV and MV Transformers like 34.5KV/0.48KV and 34.5KV/4.16KV, LV/MV switch gear and MCC.• Implement MOC if there’s any.• Installation of Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Flame Detector, Flow switch, Tamper switch,Annunciator and Programming of Addressable or Conventional Fire Alarm Control PanelWith Edwards, National, Honeywell, Uniwell, Simplex, Pyrogard and other Brand of FireProtection Including Preventive and Maintenance work.• Responsible of Installing/Lay-out of Electrical Conduits, Fittings Boxes and Panel Board.• Installation and Modification of Electrical Heat Tracing for a Certain Process Pipe lines.• QA/QC, Inspect and Witness All Electrical Job and Electrical Materials being used by a contractor in aCertain Plant if they meet the NEC Standard.• Do the Battery Capacity Test of Battery bank for UPS• Lay-out and Mounting of Cable Tray, Wire Gutter and supports.
