I have a wealth of experience in retail at all levels and a proven track record in training and developing teams, exceeding sales targets and consistently surpassing expectations.In addition to this I have owned and operated my own business and worked for a number of years in the music industry, giving me a greater understanding and appreciation of what it takes achieve success.I have also previously dedicated my time to the launch of a fair trade company called Fair Squared that has enjoyed great success across Europe and continues to do some great work in supporting and ensuring a fair deal to various individuals and groups that need it.
