When you wake up, what does your life look like? What would you improve?⠀ I have a positive outlook on life, being that I am very passionate about achieving my dreams and goals, which is why I am always seeking opportunities with an open mind, to develop both myself and my skill-set. In Dec 2018, I took a huge step in my life to consider business ownership and began a Networking Marketing role in the Health and Wellness sector. This gave me some insight into entrepreneurship and leadership. Despite this role not being a fit for me, I have gained some essential personal development skills that I can begin to interpret into my career pathway and own projects.⠀ As well as working on my own projects, I work as a Customer Service Assistant and Shift Safety Operator for BP, promoting and selling BP's products & fuel whilst carrying out service of food & beverage in the Wild Bean Café and ensuring a safe workplace. Here, I chat with people each day and come across the connections that enable me to strengthen my relationship building and communication skills.Around work and personal commitments and projects, I love to take time out for myself to work on personal development and mindfulness. I am a firm believer that to be a true leader and the best version of myself, I need to be willing to take good care of my mental health as well as serving others to maintain the balance. This is the reason why, I learn how to become a professional in everything I do, and strive to help others become professionals too - both in work and life in general.Despite feeling comfortable and appreciated within the workplace, I am looking to pursue employment that is more aligned with my goals and ambitions.Today, my growth has enabled me to recognise the potential in myself and in others, thus helping me to thrive in any work that I do.
