• Lead and manage all brand employees’ education (400 employees) in Russia and CIS countries for M·A·C • Digital education - training modules development, content creation, webinars and presentations.• Education strategy development and implementation.• Facilitate and assist the Education team in the delivery of the core training modules for internal employees including Basic Training, M·A·C Update, Orientation of new Artist Training employees, alongside the direction given from Regional Manager of Artist Training. • Responsible for the scheduling of all M·A·C training schools alongside the Education Manager (Affiliate) on a quarterly basis. • Provide makeup and commercial Workshops and Masterclasses for all Education department employees as well as Retail staff and deliver customer services.• Evaluate current training results and strategies and provide feedback and recommendations to the Regional Manager of Artist Training. • Present independent ideas and concepts for training modules at Education department meetings and breakout sessions.• Identify training needs and provide general feedback to Retail Operations Managers and Regional Education Manager on an ongoing basis.• Development and adaptation of trainings on customer service and sales techniques.• Responsible for the commercial education of the store managers – training materials creation, training facilitation (group of 40-100 attendees)
