-Possess a strategic, analytical and creative mindset with a good mix of experience in business, brand and digital. -Deep understanding of China market and business dynamics (“Beauty” & “Chinese Culture” savvy). -Native to Chinese digital/media, extensive knowledge of digital marketing, ecosystems and partners in China.-Partner up with the Business leader to lead strategic development. Inspire the Creative team and shape effective creative work. Able to translate strategic insights into compelling ideas that deliver results.-Form POV’s by analyzing data from qual and quant research, compile industry trends/competitive landscape and develop these data into actionable insights inspiring clients. Identify, source and manage third party and bespoke research for client projects when necessary.-Grasp culture for new uses of tech, data and design to weave innovative thinking into strategic work.-Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently and effectively.
